1. The Service
HypnoAI provides AI-generated personalized hypnosis audio sessions for relaxation, sleep, motivation, confidence and general wellbeing. Each session is generated on demand based on the goal, duration and preferences you provide.
2. Not a Medical Service
HypnoAI is a wellbeing and self-help tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use HypnoAI while driving, operating machinery or in any situation where falling asleep or losing focus could cause harm. If you have a medical or psychological condition, consult a qualified professional before using the service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use HypnoAI.
4. Credits, Subscriptions and Payments
Generating sessions consumes credits. Credits can be obtained through a monthly subscription plan or one-off top-up purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, billing and renewal are described in our Subscription Terms, and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
5. Generated Content
Sessions you generate are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may stream them inside HypnoAI and, depending on your plan, download the audio for offline listening. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the generated audio, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit prompts intended to generate content that targets, harasses or harms others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
The HypnoAI name, logo, interface, voice models and underlying technology are owned by HypnoAI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypnoAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
