  • Session data: the goals, duration, voice and other prompt details you submit to generate a session, and the resulting audio metadata.
  • Billing data: subscription status, credit balance and purchase history. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used to keep the service secure and operational.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the service: generate, store and play back your sessions.
  • Manage your account, subscription and credit balance.
  • Process payments and send invoices/receipts via Stripe.
  • Improve reliability, prevent abuse and debug technical issues.
  • Communicate important service updates by email.

3. Legal Bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (delivering the service), to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing), and based on our legitimate interest in keeping HypnoAI safe and reliable.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

  • Stripe — payment processing, invoicing and subscription management.
  • Cloud and AI providers — secure hosting, database, file storage, and the AI/voice models used to generate your sessions.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Data Retention

We keep account, session and billing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep records (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls and isolated user data through row-level security rules.

7. Your Rights
