We want you to be fully comfortable with HypnoAI. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
1. Digital Service Notice
HypnoAI is a digital service. Generated sessions and credit balances are delivered and made available immediately. By starting to use a plan or by generating sessions with purchased credits, you accept that the service has begun.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, no further renewal is charged.
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of that period.
- If you are charged after an unsuccessful cancellation attempt, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service for a significant part of the billing period, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
3. Credit Top-ups
- Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided that no significant portion has been consumed.
- Credits already consumed to generate sessions cannot be refunded.
4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you notice a duplicate charge or an obvious billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the affected amount.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at hypnoai.life@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Please include the approximate date of the payment and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country.
