You can delete your HypnoAI account and its associated data at any time, in one of two ways.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself (immediate)
- Sign in to HypnoAI (app or hypnoai.life).
- Open Profile.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your account: hypnoai.life@gmail.com — “Delete my account”.
We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before deleting it.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile
- Your hypnosis sessions and their audio
- Your voice recordings and your custom AI voice
- Your favourites, listening history and progress
What may be kept
- Invoices and payment records we are legally required to keep (for example for tax purposes)
- Records held by Stripe or Google Play under their own policies
- Anonymised usage and audit records that no longer identify you
Timing
Self-service deletion takes effect immediately. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except records we are required to keep.
