Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how HypnoAI subscription plans and credit top-ups work. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use.

1. Plans and Credits

HypnoAI offers a free tier and several paid monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, which are consumed when you generate sessions. Paid plans may also unlock additional features such as premium voices or audio downloads, as described on the pricing page.

2. Top-up Credits

You can also buy one-off credit packs (top-ups) that are added to your balance and used in addition to your monthly allowance.

3. Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • A Stripe receipt and invoice are sent by email after each successful payment. They are also available from your profile and the customer portal.

4. Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated by Stripe. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the Stripe customer portal. You will keep access to paid features and any remaining monthly credits until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.

6. Credit Expiration

Monthly subscription credits are reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Top-up credits remain available as long as your account is active.

7. Price Changes

We may update plan pricing. Any change to the price of your active subscription will be communicated in advance and will only take effect at the next renewal.

8. Taxes

Prices are shown excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe automatically calculates and adds the correct taxes (such as VAT) based on your billing country.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
